Fitness & Films #10- The Notebook Yoga

I've decided that, while a workout is great for action, comedy, cartoon, and many other genres of films, there are some that it just doesn't work for. Therefore, I am developing something a little different for those films where doing pushups and jumping jacks just seems wrong.

Thus, The Notebook Yoga is born!


The rules are pretty similar to the other workouts. Do the pose when the relevant action happens in the movie. I say, as a rule, hold it for 30 seconds, or however long the action continues (whichever is longer).

1. You see the actual notebook: Downward Facing Dog
2. Someone cries: Warrior 1
3. Noah's letters are shown, or mentioned: Warrior 2
4. Allie's paintings are shown, or mentioned: Warrior 3
5. Noah's dream house is shown, or mentioned: Cobra Pose
6. Someone is rowing: Triangle Pose
7. Allie argues with her family: Tree Pose 
8. The notebook is read from: Pushup Pose
9. You see swans: Twisted Chair Pose
10. Someone kisses: Locust
