Fitness & Films #8- The Nature Documentary Workout

I've been challenged to make a Sir David Attenborough Workout. For those of you who are not aware who he is, he is the British version of Morgan Freeman- the face and voice of many documentaries and nature programs. Except he is also a knight. Sorry, Morgan.

Challenge accepted.

This workout is not just for the genius of Sir David, but all nature documentaries. Of course, not everything will relate to all documentaries, but hey, I do what I can. So here we go!

Nature Documentary Workout

1.  Host says beautiful, exciting, fascinating, or any synonyms of those words: 1 burpee
2. Camera shows action in slow motion: 10 SLOW pushups
3. Camera shows action in fast forward (including time lapse): 20 calf raises
4. Host mentions human's effects on the environment: 20 sit ups
5. Host warns about the future: 30 second plank
6. Host comes on screen: 1 minute wall sit
7. Animals fight: jump rope/ jumping jacks until they are finished. If you really want to be morbid, pick one of the animals fighting- if your animal loses, then you must do 10 incline pushups
8. Camera makes a panoramic shot: 20 tricep dips
9. Something gets the camera lens dirty/ makes the camera jostle: 10 side lunges (each side)
10. Indigenous people are shown: 20 supermans
