Fitness & Films #15- The Lord the Rings Workout

In honor of the recent release of The Hobbit, here is a workout fitting for any Middle Earth creature, be you elf, hobbit, dwarf, or orc! This workout was formed to fit with any of the movies of the series, though I am not sure I would recommend a one day marathon of TLOTR movies and workouts...

The Lord of the Rings Workout
1. Someone draws a sword: 20 leg lifts
2. Frodo faints/ his eyes roll back into his head/ he loses his strength: 30 tricep dips
3. A black rider appears: Wall chair sit for 30 seconds
4. Gollum says/coughs "Gollum! Gollum!": 30 second plank
5. The word "precious" is said: 1 burpee
6. Aragorn and Boromir have an argument: 20 lunges
7. Legolas and Gimli have an argument: 20 v-sits
8. A hobbit eats/drinks or mentions eating/drinking: 10 push ups
9. Two creatures of a different species are battling: Run in place for the duration of the battle. Also, try your best to mimic all arm movements while holding something of moderate weight (like a can of beans or a book- not a real sword or a dog).
10. The camera shots place more significance on the beauty of New Zealand than on the people in the shot (i.e., sweeping camera, very small characters in the distance, or side/corner of screen): Do jumping jacks for the duration of the shot (while discussing with other viewers how much you want to visit New Zealand- or Middle Earth, whichever has a cheaper plane ticket).
11. Someone puts the ring on and disappears: Crunches until the person/thing takes off the ring again.

Any other suggestions? Have fun, and watch out for orcs!
