Fitness & FIlms #20- The Silver Linings Playbook Workout



Welcome to my first guest blog post!

It's actually pretty exciting.. Getting to post something on my blog that I didn't spend a ridiculous amount of time creating? Yes please!

This workout was created by my friend, and fellow exercise afficiando, Lara.



The Silver linings Playbook Workout:

1. Anytime Bradley Cooper “goes for a run”: Run in place for the duration of his
**If run is interrupted by conversation with Jennifer Lawrence: Do lunges until they go back to running
2. Anytime Bradley Cooper works out (ie pushups): Copy whatever he does
3. Dance workout scenes: Again, copy the movements. 
**When there’s a lift: Copy it using weights, if you have none, a heavy book
4. Bradley Cooper or Jennifer Lawerence’s mental health is discussed: Wall sit until the conversation is over
**After, if conversation entailed just yelling: 10 jumping jacks  
**If someone throws something: 25 jumping jacks 
**If it involves calling/arrival of the police: 50 jumping jacks
5. Witty one liner: 30 second plank
6. Robert De Niro does something concerning good luck charms or “rituals” concerning football: 20 tricep dips
7. Bradley Cooper’s former wife is mentioned: Jump rope for 30 seconds (No jump rope? Mimic the actions)
8. Chris Tucker does something to try and get out of the mental health hospital: 25 bicycle crunches
9. A scene involving a football game: 10 candle sticks
10. A physical fight breaks out: 50 regular crunches


Wow, that is quite a workout!! Hope you ate your Wheaties this morning, 'cause you will need some energy for this one!
